Coaching is the perfect way to give yourself space to think, to see things from different perspectives and learn new ways to thrive in life.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership. They say that when you work with a coach, you set out on a path to greater personal and professional fulfilment.
Coaching is not counselling or a place where you are told what to do. In facts, it’s the complete opposite, I will hold a mirror up to you (metaphorically) and ask incisive questions to get you to allow you to see new perspectives that enable the change that you want. My approach is person centred, I will empower and support you to find your own way. I have got your back.
It is an approach to communication and personal development. It gives us the tools to change our subjective experience. The area of our minds that helps us to organise our thinking (neuro), feelings, language (linguistic), and behaviour is our subconscious mind – this is where NLP focusses, as it produces the most impactful outcomes in our life. We use NLP to frame our words differently or use our bodies to benefit our behaviours or think in more helpful way. All of which I will guide you to do.
Negative patterns of behaviour or unhelpful thought processes can hold us back in life, sometimes even leading to mental ill health. NLP works to disrupt those negative patterns, revealing options, opportunities and new choices – some that you may not even had realised that you had. It’s an incredibly powerful tool that I use as part of my coaching sessions.
NLP is not always suitable for those with severe learning difficulties or complex mental health problems.
By regulating emotions and being kinder ourselves, allows us to be better prepared to handle situations that maybe complex or tough, both now and in the future. Training our minds in this way is one of the most powerful tools we have to not only cope with life, but to thrive.
By using the practice of mindfulness in our sessions, will empower you to not ignore difficult situations or emotions, but to notice and face them head on so that they do not become supressed only to manifest at other times or in other ways. We will, when appropriate, take time to be mindful in our sessions, be it meditation or by exploring different breathing or other techniques that you can do on your own or in between our sessions. You will leave feeling empowered by this practise and start to see and feel the benefits it brings.
Numerous studies now show that a daily mindfulness practice can have a profound impact on our emotional wellbeing, our physical health, our ability to cope with stress and challenges, the quality of our relationships, and even our workplace performance.
You will have access to me via WhatsApp in between sessions. This will keep you accountable and on the right track. Feel free to quickly ‘sound me out’ on things and obviously share the good stuff!
Often clients have ‘a-ha’ moments after the sessions, once they have set their intention for change. I’m here for you to explore those in between thoughts as you become more curious about yourself and your future.

I am an accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC) approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) which holds the gold standard in the coaching industry. The ICF holds its coaches to incredibly high ethical and professional standards so, you know you’re in good hands with an accredited coach.
I also have a Diploma in Life Coaching from ANIMAS Centre for Coaching. This allows me to use a unique blend of many psychological, holistic and integrative perspectives with clients as a transformative humanistic coach. This qualification is fully accredited by the three leading professional coaching associations:
I have trained to teach mindfulness through evidence-based research and grounded in best practice. I practice mindfulness every day. It’s part of who I am, and I embrace this life and the benefits I receive.
I am also a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and was trained by the amazing Steven Doran with Make It Happen in 2018 (recognised by The Institute of Psychological Qualification and Assessment, approved by the ANLP).
I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and am a member of the British Psychological Society. I am also a Level 6 Careers Adviser and have a background in working with young people in schools and further education. I am fully insured and have an enhanced DBS certificate.
Not everyone connects. It’s just life. This is why by contacting me for a introductory call can help us both to decide if our working relationship is going to be a positive one. If it’s not a right match, honesty is the best policy.

Costs vary depending on the type of programme, length of commitment. My coaching plans are either 3 and 6 month, however feel free to contact me if you would prefer something else.
When we consider what we spend money on to sooth our soul, to make us feel better or ‘get away from life’, from cars, coffee, shoes, alcohol, holidays, our nails or Netflix. Whatever your ‘go to’ is can cost in finances, but do they really do the job, do they have the long-term impact that you really want? Do they get to the heart of who you are or want to be? They might give us temporary relief from the missing piece of the puzzle, yet after its over we are still the same.
